This Privacy Policy explains how Balanced Living Wellness, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit jaycee-barry.com, register for our masterclass, purchase our products, or join our programs, including the Deep Dive Questionnaire, BUILD, and SCALE (together, the "Services").
Balanced Living Wellness, LLC is the business behind Dr. Jaycee Barry's mentorship and education. It is separate from Balanced Living Occupational Therapy, PLLC, which provides clinical occupational therapy and has its own privacy and HIPAA notices.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form, register for an event, make a purchase, book a call, or complete the Deep Dive Questionnaire, we may collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your questionnaire answers, including information about your career, goals, schedule, finances, and business
- Messages you send us, and notes from calls you book with our team
- Billing details. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically. When you use our site, we and our service providers may collect device and usage information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring site, using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
2. How we use your information
- To deliver the Services you request, including reviewing your Deep Dive answers and preparing for your call
- To process payments and send receipts
- To schedule and confirm calls, events, and program sessions
- To send you updates, reminders, and marketing about our programs, where you have agreed to receive them

3. Text messages and email
If you give us your phone number and agree to receive text messages, we may send you appointment reminders, event updates, and program information. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run the business, such as our CRM and website platform, payment processors, scheduling tools, video meeting tools, and our online community platform. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Our team, including advisors and coaches, who need it to support you

5. Your Deep Dive answers
Your questionnaire answers are used only to understand your goals and recommend next steps. They are visible to our team and stored in our CRM. The questionnaire is for business mentorship, not healthcare, so please do not include medical or health information in your answers.

We use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working, understand how it is used, and measure our marketing. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as intended without them.
7. How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. We then delete or anonymize it.
